Problem statement

When I joined Aitareya Studio, the brand was largely dependent on importing furniture and home décor items from Indonesia. There was no local production, limited originality in design, and frequent delays in delivery due to lack of structure. The business lacked an operational backbone, in-house systems, and a design-to-delivery pipeline — which made it difficult to scale or deliver consistent client experiences.
